Scott M. Robbins is a dedicated attorney with more than a decade of experience specializing in estate planning and elder law. As a shareholder with Barron, Rosenberg, Mayoras & Mayoras, Scott concentrates his practice in estate planning, probate administration, trust administration, elder law, Medicaid planning, guardianships, conservatorships, and special needs planning.
Scott has built a reputation for providing compassionate, personalized legal services that address the individual needs of each client. He believes in a client-centered approach, taking the time to understand each client’s unique situation and goals, and recommending only those strategies that he would want for his own family.
In addition to developing and administering comprehensive estate, elder law and special needs plans, Scott regularly presents to financial institutions, community organizations and other attorneys on the topics of estate planning, elder law, special needs planning and tax planning.
Scott has been listed in Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch® in the areas of Estate Planning and Elder Law, and has been named a Michigan Super Lawyer Rising Star in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate and Elder Law. Scott is an alumnus of Michigan State University (B.A.) and the Thomas M. Cooley Law School (J.D.), where he was named to the Dean’s List. Prior to joining BRMM, Scott was a member of the wealth management division for one of the nation’s largest financial institutions.
