Attorneys Andrew W. Mayoras and Danielle B. Mayoras of Barron, Rosenberg, Mayoras & Mayoras (BRMM Law) have been recognized with the honor of Best Family-Led Law Firm for their roles at BRMM Law for the second year in a row by Michigan Lawyers Weekly.
Established over five decades ago, BRMM Law has grown from a general practice firm into a renowned boutique specializing in estate planning, trust and estate administration, elder law, probate, and related litigation. With a steadfast commitment to both its clients and communities, the firm continues to build upon its rich legacy.
The firm's origins trace back to 1971, when Ronald Barron ambitiously opted to start his own practice after just six months in the field. Today, his daughter, Danielle B. Mayoras, and son-in-law, Andrew W. Mayoras carry on Ron’s legacy along with fellow shareholders Don L. Rosenberg, Jonathan M. Colman, and Scott M. Robbins.
BRMM Law's evolution over the past 50 years has been marked by a strategic focus on trusts and estates. The firm shifted its emphasis from personal injury work to its current areas of expertise: estate planning, probate, elder law, and special needs planning, as well as related litigation and trust and estate administration.
The firm's family-centric approach is evidenced by the involvement of two family members among its five equity shareholders. Danielle and Andrew play key roles in shaping the firm's long-term vision centered on continued growth in trusts and estates as well as probate litigation. As BRMM Law looks toward the future, the firm is also committed to adapting to emerging trends and challenges by incorporating advanced technologies, such as AI and paperless file systems, to cement its position at the forefront of the legal industry.
Beyond its legal work, BRMM Law is deeply invested in the local community, having actively supported the Alzheimer's Association for years, along with various other civic, charitable, and professional organizations.
With a rich history, a talented team of professionals, and a steadfast commitment to its clients and community, BRMM Law is poised to continue its legacy of excellence in estate planning and elder law, and probate litigation. As Danielle says, “It has been a privilege to carry on my father’s legacy and our tradition at BRMM Law of caring for our clients and their families as we would our own.”
