William H. Van Dusen, Jr.

Of Counsel

William H. (Bill) Van Dusen, Jr. is Of-Counsel to the firm Barron, Rosenberg, Mayoras & Mayoras, with 45 years of experience concentrated heavily on family law and both State and Federal criminal defense cases.

Bill is an experienced family law attorney, regularly handling divorce, custody, support and parenting time matters, as well as the intrastate and interstate resolution of post-divorce custody, support, change of domicile and parenting time disputes.

Bill also handles criminal defense matters throughout Michigan and as far afield as Law Vegas, Nevada; Atlanta, Georgia and Lexington, Kentucky. In preparations for an active trial practice, Bill participated heavily in the WSU Free Legal Aid Clinic and in the Recorders Court Misdemeanor Defenders Office in Wayne County, Michigan.

Prior to becoming associated with BRMM as Of Counsel in 2014, Bill maintained a private practice in Oakland County. He is a lifetime resident of Michigan, actively involved in the wonderful variety of outdoor activities available in our State and has testified before committees of the Michigan House and Senate regarding proposed legislation impacting related industries.
